Bits and pieces I am interested in...

Trivago

I don't know about you, but I sometimes wonder what we did before the internet came on the scene.  I just wanted to share a site I like with you.

I spend a lot of time on trivago, as the site has an addictive quality to it.  As a visitor, there is a wealth of information on worldwide destinations, and it is growing all the time.  You can compare hotel prices there, and book your accommodation, but that's only the beginning.  You will also find reviews, web links, photos and travel guides.

As a member, the longer I have been with trivago, the more I got out of the site.  The community is growing all the time, and there's a nice bunch of people on there.  More and more platforms are added, and trivago is now available in seven languages:

The forum for members can get pretty lively, as can guest books.  Also, as my experience grows, I can do more and more things on the site.  The day I published my first travel guide on the Isle of Gigha was quite a proud one for me, as it was the end result of a lot of work.  I have since published another one, on Brodick (Isle of Arran), and at the moment I am working on one about Campbeltown.

All in all, I strongly recommend a visit to
trivago, whether you want to find out about a destination, or whether you want to join us.

Did I mention that members can also make money on the site?  If you want to know more about that, leave a message in my guestbook
